Izomerizarea canabidiolului (CBD) în canabinoide psihoactive

Găteam CBD și din greșeală am adăugat NAoh la amestec, cred că izomerizarea s-a oprit. S-au format 2 straturi, îmi poate spune cineva ce s-a format? Este o modalitate bună de a extrage extractul de THC?

După 2 ore de izomerizare, s-a format un ulei, dar acesta are un miros neplăcut și nu știu cum să îl purific.

La adăugarea Naoh, cele două faze s-au separat și cred că reacția s-a oprit. Am încercat să o spăl în multe feluri, dar nu pot scăpa de mirosul urât.

bazele transformă cbd (thc nu se transformă) în derivați de chinonă. cred că pot fi folosiți diferiți solvenți pentru a-l separa de thc, dar nu-mi amintesc care, de asemenea, în ce literatură a fost descris, de asemenea, din cauza faptului că este verde (presupun) unele impurități vegetale pot fi oxidate

toluenul poate fi greu de îndepărtat, dar, 44h (48h va duce la o conversie ușor mai mare, dar aproximativ 10% delta8) amestecat 10% ptsa și suficient toluen pentru a-l dizolva, apoi workup

Când se adaugă apă saturată în NAOH pentru a contracara acidul, nu îl pot elimina pe tot, iar dacă adaug prea multă apă, faza superioară devine neagră. Cum pot face extracția? Cum pot elimina mirosul de acid? Am încercat să-l curăț cu apă distilată dar nu a funcționat.

Am nevoie de ajutor cu asta, vă rog

Ce PH ar trebui să las THC-ului? Pot folosi butan sau toluen pentru a purifica THC?

Metodele care utilizează cantități catalitice de acizi s-au impus mai bine decât în acest subiect. Cu pTSA 10% mol în DCM (delta-8) sau cu HCl 0,05% în etanol (delta-9)

poate fi utilizat hcl?

Cred că da, atât timp cât reactivii sunt solubili. HCl poate fi utilizat ca un catalizator acid.

Schimbarea solventului și a cantității de acid modifică foarte mult compoziția rezultatului

2. After - we evolve all ethanol and acetic acid
3. Pour the resin with a mixture of glycerol and propylene glycol, dissolving gravs completely
4. Pour into a comfortable jar and smoke

The issue of health safety - alcohol and acetic acid should clearly not be synthetic - only food (We make THC from the CBD using trembling and sugar, aahahhaha)

Experienced isomerization specialists - what do you think? Is it worth a try?

You do not have to evaporate it. You can dilute with water and separate the oil if you use ethanol.

And question

If I use AcOH in concentration about of 70-80%, It get to start isomerisation?

Now.... I can't get or make 100% acetic acid((

Then you need 7.5 (70%) - 6.5 (80%) mL of acetic acid soln. per ~100mL of ethanol (approximately).
Excess ethanol is necessary for the reaction to go well.
The resulting solution will take 5-10 g of cbd powder, nothing more.
Heat up to 70*C and boil at least 2 hours.
Dilute with water and collect the resulting oil.

I try with 1g cbd in 10ml ethanol with ~1ml AcOH

I have wanted to do this for ages but have been holding off as I don’t have p-tsa, however, if d9 is generally done with a catalytic amount of HCl, that would be MUCH easier.
Is it literally a case of chucking it all in, letting it react for ages at RT (12-24h I think I heard), quenching, extracting?

Seeing as THC is by far the drug I use the most, it would make sense for edibles or whatever. Doubt I would want to vape it though. Never was a huge fan of vaping distillate as it just screws my tolerance.

If you use HCl for conversion, then heating is required.
