What form of amph I have now??

I had 50ml of a oil then mix with 50ml of methanol and add about 30ml of h3p04 to have 6ph, and nothing happen, I put away to cristalise but nothing, after that I get that liquid and add more h3p04 and suddenly I got pH to 2, after that I add watter and Naoh too get pH up, but oh just get down to 1 I think.
After that i just do not know what to do and then I add watter with NaHCO3, afterthat i get back with pH 6,5.

Now i have get that solution to evaporate and I have 40ml of yellowish little thick liquid.
Do someone know what I have and what I got, and what to do on the end.

When I evaporate it smell like speed or oil but I did not taste it so..
Anyone?
