PMK wax in MDP2P
1. Pour NaOH 240 g into 1.4L of distillate water, then add PMK 1 kg and cook at 80 C for about 1 hour. After 1 hour turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down to room temperature...
2. Add 728 ml of 33% HCL and then set the temp. at 80 C and cooked for another 1 hour, then let it cool down, when it cools, two layers will separate. Take out the water layer, leave the oil layer in the rector.
Add 200 g of Sodium Bicarbonate + 2 L distillate water and mix for 10 minutes and stop, let the layers separate again and separate the oil layer...
In the remaining layer of water we add 1 L of DCM to extract more oil which is then dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate... the product is MDP2P oil about 750 g from 1 kg of PMK wax...
Synthesis:
1. In a 50 L reactor we add 2,250 L of methanol in which we dissolve with stirring.
2. Add 225 g of Methylamine HCL and adjust the temperature of the reactor to 0 C and start adding 240 g of NaOH which will raise the temperature.
Wait for the temperature to return to 20 C and add 750 g of MDP2P and temperature will start to grow again with mixing for 1 hour when we add anhydrous Sodium Sulfate, when the temperature of the mixture reaches 8 C we start adding 75 g of NaBH4 in portions where when adding temperature can not exceed 20 C (the lower the better). After adding NaBH4 to the mixture with the set temperature at 20 C for about 2 hour (it is desirable to knead for 48 h) h when the mixture should stop swelling, then we add the distillate water and meat for another 5-6 min. then add DCM and mix for 10 min. Then let the mixture to settle down and separate the layers, remove the aqueous layer and leave the oil layer at the bottom...
Purification:
1. The MDMA free base that we made is first heated to 60 C where we will evaporate the methanol from it, DCM then to 110 C where we will evaporate all the water from the free base... the oil that remains in the reactor is the pure MDMA base.
Crystallization:
1. We put the MDMA pure base in the freezer to cool down well (the colder the better ) we also cool the Acetone (preferably at -30), add the free base to the reactor with gentle mixing. Add 2x more cold Acetone to it.
For every 50g of boiled MDP2P, 25ml of HCL with 125ml of acetone is used.... The HCL acid is poured into the separating funnel and adjusted so that one drop falls into the mixture of MDMA base and Acetone every second and at each dripping will be created crystals, we check the PH every 15 seconds and when the PH reaches 6 or a little below, we stop the HCL and put everything in the freezer...
After cooling, we take out the crystals to dry, purify them by vacuum filtration through a Buchner funnel and a vessel...then we put the crystals on glass to dry at room temperature...
I hydrolised PMK wax to MDP2P and from 1 KG wax i made about 700 ml oil...i didn't made video but from this step we make all in future...
