Try to get a personal contact to one of their employees.
I am chatting with one person only from this company and never had issues reaching them, also when it was urgent and had to be quick

Hmm I have no issues with their equipment..

I think that's somewhat to be expected when watching their price range..it seems reasonable to me that a 1.500EUR rotovap is not performing as good as a 15.000EUR one

Well I can confirm they are actually legit. Pretty fast delivery and the material (glass) was good quality.
