On the left side of the screen there are icons. The first one, which looks like a speech bubble with a money sign, clickmit then drug market if that is an option. It may go straight to the drug market. Then either at the top center under navigation, or on the left side under filters, select your destination country. ( you can select specific drugs here too if you like) click filter, and those are the offerings in your country
