Would it be possible to convert psilocin to 4-Aco-DMT with something like acetic anhydride? Or the molecule couldn't survive the process?
If it is possible do you know any possible route?
Thank to everyone in advance, any help is appreciated 😉

Have you found the answer? I am currently hunting for 4-Aco-DMT. I can't help with the synthesis but would be happy to buy the end product. Cheers!

You’d want to use acetyl chloride instead of acetic anhydride - here’s a reference to the procedure : /10.1002/hlca.19590420638
(DOI number of the paper the procedure is mentioned in) - The paper is in German but can translate if needed

Yes it works
For 215mg Psilocin freebase you need 121mg acetic anhydride and 9mg sodium acetate.
the reaction should be done under nitrogen ballon (inert atmosphere)
