This is a book worth reading. That said it is not organized in the best manner. One must read the entire book to truly understand which recipes are worth following. There are also inaccuracies and inconsistencies in the book, such as using ethanol (Everclear) to chemically separate Safrole from Phellandrene when isolating from Sassafras oil (Spoiler Alert - don't do that.
it doesn't work and you lose 1/2 your Safrole). I was going to give 2 stars but just can't do it. 3 stars for being the 1st book I read on making drugs and trusted wholly until I had enough experience to learn I must seek out other sources
