I would add when buying lab equipment dont get it delivered to the lab.And thouroughly serch the equipment for gps trackers before transporting it to your lab.

there is cheap gps trackers with video and audio aswell, trough SIM card, you call it and it turns on

Yeah they're literally $5, and you prepaid phone card, but they are not invisible it they have a battery and a sim and circuit board . I wouldn't worry about them in the glassware, they could stick them under your car, or in the vent

A lab and a manufacturiing facility are different things, which is it you're asking about? A lab is more complex since you'll not be dealing with the same substance or reactions every time. MFG is static and can be done in any enclosed space you can ventilate. Shipping containers are good
