I heard from your absolutely incredible YT videos. It was pretty ironic, because I was trying to synthesize 4-FA using the NaBH4 reduction method, and was having a hard time with it.
Then you posted the video, within a few days. It was like a sign from the omnipotent narcotic Gods! lol.

Share your experience of 4-fa synthesis. This is an interesting substance that is most easily obtained from amphetamine-type euphoretics.

Honestly, I don't feel anything different than the regular amphetamine I made. I have a feeling that maybe it's because its a racemic mixture. I just got some D-(-)-Tartaric acid, and I will give the optical resolution a shot to see if the D-4-FA isomer actually gives some euphoria.

Also, I thought maybe it was just me that didn't feel any euphoria from it, so I sent it over to a friend who is more experienced in amphetamines, and he said he didn't feel any either.

Im not sure what, if anything, I did wrong, because I do get the regular amphetamine response from it.

P.S. Allt he reagents I used to make the 4F-P2NP were ACS grade, and I recrystallized the 4F-P2NP a number of times. So I doubt it was that.
