Kanabidiolio (CBD) izomerizacija į psichoaktyvius kanabinoidus

Ruošiau CBD ir per klaidą į mišinį įpyliau NAoh, manau, kad izomerizacija sustojo. Susidarė 2 sluoksniai, ar kas nors gali man pasakyti, kas susidarė? Ar tai geras būdas išgauti THC ekstraktą?

Po 2 valandas trukusios izomerizacijos susidarė aliejus, tačiau jis turi nemalonų kvapą ir nežinau, kaip jį išgryninti.

Pridėjus Naoh, abi fazės atsiskyrė ir, manau, reakcija sustojo. Bandžiau jį plauti įvairiais būdais, bet negaliu atsikratyti to blogo kvapo.

bazės konvertuoja cbd (thc nekonvertuoja) į tam tikrus chinono darinius. manau, kad jį atskirti nuo thc galima naudojant skirtingus tirpiklius, bet neprisimenu, kuriuose, taip pat kokioje literatūroje tai buvo aprašyta, taip pat dėl to, kad jis yra žalias (manau), kai kurie augaliniai impuritai taip pat gali būti oksiduojami

Kas geriau acto ar druskos rūgštis? Turiu aliejaus, kuris liko su bjauriu kvapu, kad jį išvalyti arba išgauti gryną cbd loas iš metanolio

kambario temperatūros toluenu ir p-toluensulfonrūgštimi galima gauti beveik gryną delta 9, o naudojant kitus tirpiklius su šiluma gaunama delta 8

tolueną gali būti sunku pašalinti, bet, 44h (48h bus šiek tiek didesnė konversija, bet apie 10% delta8) maišoma 10% ptsa ir pakankamai tolueno, kad jis ištirptų, tada apdorojimas

Kai rūgščiai neutralizuoti įpilu NAOH prisotinto vandens, negaliu jo viso pašalinti, o jei įpilu per daug vandens, viršutinė fazė tampa juoda. Kaip galiu atlikti ekstrakciją? Kaip pašalinti rūgšties kvapą? Bandžiau valyti distiliuotu vandeniu, bet tai nepadėjo.

Man reikia pagalbos šiuo klausimu.

Kokį PH turėčiau palikti THC? Ar galiu naudoti butaną arba tolueną THC valyti?

Metodai, kuriuose naudojami katalizinių rūgščių kiekiai, įsitvirtino geriau nei šioje temoje. Naudojant pTSA 10 % mol DCM (delta-8) arba HCl 0,05 % etanolyje (delta-9)

Manau, kad taip, jei tik jūsų reagentai yra tirpūs. HCl galima naudoti kaip rūgštinį katalizatorių.

4. Pour into a comfortable jar and smoke

The issue of health safety - alcohol and acetic acid should clearly not be synthetic - only food (We make THC from the CBD using trembling and sugar, aahahhaha)

You do not have to evaporate it. You can dilute with water and separate the oil if you use ethanol.

If I use AcOH in concentration about of 70-80%, It get to start isomerisation?

Now.... I can't get or make 100% acetic acid((

Then you need 7.5 (70%) - 6.5 (80%) mL of acetic acid soln. per ~100mL of ethanol (approximately).
Excess ethanol is necessary for the reaction to go well.
The resulting solution will take 5-10 g of cbd powder, nothing more.
Heat up to 70*C and boil at least 2 hours.
Dilute with water and collect the resulting oil.

I try with 1g cbd in 10ml ethanol with ~1ml AcOH

I have wanted to do this for ages but have been holding off as I don’t have p-tsa, however, if d9 is generally done with a catalytic amount of HCl, that would be MUCH easier.
Is it literally a case of chucking it all in, letting it react for ages at RT (12-24h I think I heard), quenching, extracting?

Seeing as THC is by far the drug I use the most, it would make sense for edibles or whatever. Doubt I would want to vape it though. Never was a huge fan of vaping distillate as it just screws my tolerance.

If you use HCl for conversion, then heating is required.
