Hello, I made an exchange with a seller, the payment was validated with escrow, all the conditions were respected, but there is a problem! Today I look at my messages, but the conversation has been deleted! While I have not yet confirmed the deal, and I have not received my package!

No I did not leave the conversation, I ordered from the seller "KRILL" on December 28, 2024. It was agreed that the package would be sent on January 2, 2025 to arrive at my address 4 days later on January 6, 2025. I did not log in from December 28, 2025 to January 1, 2025 and when I looked in my messages the conversation was deleted...

I keep pressing the order completed button so the seller can get its money but it’s not doing anything

so there is no "order completed" button. Do you mean "finalize deal"? It could take a couple of minutes before it registers. Only click it once and if it doesn't light up your messages with "deal is complete" in say 10 minutes, type out that you are trying to finallize but it isn't workibng and hit send. I know, it says no more messages will be accepted. He's kidding, do it anyway, then go to the top and click "invite admin:"
