And my question is how can i get crystal from this powder ?

Why wouldn't the crystals be large? Simply crystallize them in distilled water, and you'll obtain sizable crystals.

Because the recristalization (as described in the attached thread)happens fast this doesn't allow large crystals to form, but yes if you want larger crystals dissolve them in warm distilled water then let the crystals slowly form then filter them.
