Question Anyone knows if these websites are legit?

I am looking for Ethylamine, but on BB Reagents section, I could not find it. Actually it is rare. I want to synthesize NEP, and I checked ottokemi.com, they have ethylamine, the company is from India, and also found Leapchem.com. Anyone has any experience with those websites, or knows where can I find ethylamine?

I think he means if they sell one they carry the other, even if they don't advertise it.
