There are many good vendors on here, even some new ones, like me, that I have already bought from and have had only good experiences with. Only some give free samples and then some of those will only give to ones who have been around for a while.

prophetThere's actually rules on samples but they aren't strictly enforced. Vendors are asked to offer 3 free samples and only residents and above qualify. These 3 people should expect to write a useful review and post it.
