Either cut with soda like Bill arrdy told u or it's been poorly salted out with water present and sometimes NaOH, that's the only other time wet paste should look like that and yea you can cut it 300% cause baseheads will snort it, destroying their nose, but the toxicity effect from the base amph is strong, i observed it in "clinical" setting and they seemeed to think that was some of the best shit they ever got because they only ever got like 20% strong speed, no matter, it is fucking retarded and after a few days (MAX) of eating this "paste" you will feel sick if not actually be physically sick, it is not like pure amphetamine sulphate, eating base is dangerous, you must always perform the neutralization and then a washing step (you are capable of performing a simple wash if you are playing with acid, jeez).
From what I understand you are acidifying the base, resulting in this? Are you performing any purification/cleaning steps on the base before this? What solvents and what strength acid are you using and are these dry or no?
Do not take advice on purity and "effect" from people who have no idea about manufacturing. Opinions are not objective.
