How much water is needed to purify 500 grams of red phosphorus?
Extraction purity %?
Can it be used as medicinal red phosphorus?

If you are seeking legitimate answers, you should first try actually looking for them, or how to get them. You saying you have 500g of red P, some might assume it was already pure. You have to include some kind of explanation or detail of what the hell you have and how you got it or what you're trying to do with it if you want anyone to try to help you. Even still, would you just blindly follow some instuction from some stranger on the internet without trying to look and see what the actual data and facts are and how it works on a scientific level? By your questions, it doesn't seem like you've got much of an idea. Take your time and try reading and learning some things before you start asking people to feed you useless information you could have asked google.

What is medicinal red phosphorus? I was thinking elemental phos. Was poisonous.
Depending on what Is also in it, no amount of water could clean it.
Extraction purity?! Extraction purity 🤔 there's just no way. No way to interpret those words to mean anything congruent. Based on what you say, one could assume you are trying to extract contaminants from phos. But we don't know what they are. 0-100% sounds reasonable. If you are extracting the phos., it doesn't dissolve in water or any solvent For that matter. So you're not going to be able to extract phosphorus
