Please specify and I believe I'm PROBABLY closer to you, but I could be wrong, and if you'll accept analogues and or if you want the HCL crystals or the already dissolved freebase ether to dip and sell (Solution would have a specified total ammount dissolved per solution and also approximately dosage per "dip" of say half a cigarette or a "double dip" where as you would soak the cigarette to the filter.)

However as shown here it IS pretty easy to make -- sure China recently banned piperadine but there not the only "outfit" in town? And there are other ways as well.
