Question Methylamin (free Base)

Hello can someone help me? I would like to produce an aqueous methylamine (free Bease) of 25% from methylamine hydrochloride CAS: 593-51-1!
Do I simply have to dissolve the methylamine Hci in the appropriate amount of water or do I have to pay attention to something specific?
