Question i need some formaldehyde

i need formaldehyde so if anyone know how to extract/synthesis it from household materials, (we can't own international payement method so no ebay/amazon) and local sellers do not sell it.

Im also looking for a diy way to get formaldehyde..Anyone know if this setup would work: fill a 2 neck flask with copper wool, equip other neck with drip funnel for dispensing methanol into the flask, other neck is equipped with a tube going to a water bottle for condensing the formaldehyde...flask is heated to something like 350 deg celsius and methanol is dripped in in a controlled flow.. formaldehyde gas is formed and directed to water ?
