How to test a oil

I have bought what I believe to be A-oil .
Cas number 300-62-9. The oil is ph 6. When I add methanol and sulphuric acid no white crystals precipitate. I want to find out what this oil is Iv bought from China. Is it amnphetamine solution?

the supplier has messaged me this “ The product is a colorless yellowish oily liquid with molecular formula C9H13N”

if that helps with anything.
I want to make this solution into amphetamine sulphate powder or paste

Firstly A Oil is essentially Amphetamine Base and therefore alkaline with a pH around 12. Secondly it is highly unlikely for Chinese to sell actual controlled substances.

The cas is saying it’s a-oil. But the ph is too low only being 6. Also
When I’m adding the acid nothing goes white. What’s a gcms?

dilute sulfuric acid strongly with water/acetone....then put your "oil" in a beaker and add a few ml water (sinking to bottom? if yes, ok if not....you arte f**ked)

now add the mixture of acetone / acid dropwise and stir... in between drops look how ph value of bottom layer is, dont fall under phlevel6!

if level 6 is reached, seperate the watery layer from rest, put in a dish and evape....you should have some speedpaste now

No Chinese are going to sell you something this obviously illegal (not saying it does not happen), but definitely you should not be ordering from sites like the ones you attached. It is not amphetamine oil, people try hard on the streets to purchase this pure, you believe you were wise and outdid everyone by doing the bare minimum?
