I realize this is a simple topic, but how do you find forbidden chemicals? How do you get them, and what should you look out for? Also, do they deliver to the Balkans?

If you live in the balkans, this shouldn't be too bad. There are a lot of person that will gladly sell them to you in Est Europe. Is there a local forum from your home country that you can advertise your research on? Otherwise there are plenty of person that sell slightly prohibited chemicals in poland.
