How about getting the chemicals yourself?
Because I don't really understand the point of the question, you either need chemicals that are only available in Germany? Or you come from Germany and you can't find the chemicals.
I doubt that there are special chemicals from Germany and if you don't find the chemicals in Germany, where should someone else get them?
What exactly are you looking for?
