I have pills that contain paracetamol, caffeine and codeine phosphate. How could I separate out the codeine out of those pills?

I was thinking I could first do a cwe to get codeine and caffeine and then I could add naphtha to remove the caffeine. Would this work?
i see.. try exracting morphine.. that's pretty easy i you have the right pills

I don't have access to those, I just want some codeine to get rid of my injury pain. The doctors won't prescribe me anything except diazepam for the pain, so I just want to extract the codeine so I can survive these few weeks without pain. I don't know if I could extract opium from the common poppy (papaver rhoeas), they grow everywhere where I live.
