In any one of the east European with moderate levels of presence of other chemists and less strict laws compared to west ones. should be prefered . moldova, czech, Hungary, Romania etc.

Yup, thus synthesis is pretty useless. Hard to obtain chemicals, expensive and low yields unfortunately.

Yes methyloamine 40% in water in poland im not have problem to get it

Is that really the case? There is only one type of reaction that non-carrear chemist will perform with it. Are shops over there watched by the DEA or something? Most of the Poland's chemistry Shops I've seen online are for drug manifatruting. Benzaldhyde, nitroethane, nitrostyrine, substituted benzaldhyde, NaBH4...should I keep going? It's so obvious that It makes me anxyous to get anything from it.

And over here I can't get a bottle of IPA without "why do you need it?" it's so annoying. Even formaldehyde is watched in my shitty ass country.
