4MMC from 4-Ethylpropiophenone and Hydrobromic acid

Hello guys! Does anyone know how to make bk4 from 4-Ethylpropiophenone with hydrobromic acid and hydrogen peroxyde? 4Methylpropiophenone is blocked in our country, so we are looking for some ways to make 4mmc with another reagents.

You can't. That would make 4-Ethylpropiophenone.

I have a "recipe" where said:
1. Put 100ml of 4-ethylpropiophenone and 74ml of hydrobromic acid in the flask and stir for 10 min
2. Put 64ml of hydrogen peroxyde by dripping funnel in the flask and heat it up to 65C
I guess we have 2-bromo-4-ethylpropiophenone but can we have a mephedrone from that?
