Question 4-flurophenylacetone

Swim had someone trying to sell them 4-flurophenylacetone in lieu of p2p advising that if ran through al/hg reduction should yeild MA. It looked like it should do the trick, but im unsure. Is there anyome who might be able to shed some light on this? Will it reduce to MA via al/hg?

Thank you, thats very helpful. Im not able to find too much info on properties lf 4fma, swim noticed that when its melting point was test, it remained a viscous liquid as it cooled down below melting point and took a while to crystalise. Is this something specific to 4fma?
