3cmc crystalization

I have use this method for crystalization ,water+etilic alcohol 90% . Proportions - 1:1(water+alcohol)
1:1 powder:liquid
For drying i left the product outside in the sun 25-28 degreese.
The result is shown in the picture,i dont understand why the color is dark brown and why didn't totally dryed,as you can see it remain some oilish liquid on the bottom of recipient.

Any help will be appreciated.

Creo que tu reducción falla.
