Bitcoin transactions are public, even if you are using a mixer there is always a clear endpoint and there is tools made to track down those e.g. Chainalysis

You can always use XMR as a bridge.

Official Sinbad[.]io representative said the service is closed for update and maintenance, the date of works completion will be posted later.

They also said that their service weren't seized but just offline.
