I loaded BTC into my wallet, and it is showing up correctly, but when I try to make a purchase, it says I don't have enough BTC. I checked everything carefully — how can this be?

I am stumped. I have about 240 USD in my Torzon wallet, and I am trying to make a purchase that is way less. When I try to complete the purchase, it is saying my BTC needs to be topped-off. The only thng I can speculate on is that the transaction is using escrow, and my escrow balance is $0.00...
