I tried synthesizing P2P from P2NP using tin chloride dihydrate. Got organish yellow oil after quenching with water. When dcm was added it formed a turbid pale yellow mixture of dcm and p2p. I added methylamine to the mixture and then added aluminum and hcl to reduce it to methamphetamine free...

Can anybody help me? Acetic anhydride is difficult to obtain and the easiest way to produce it is too contaminated with sulfur chlorides.
