Question Looking for a vendor Polish (lean) codeine with promethazine / phenergan syrup (lean)

Hi all, is anyone aware if Poland pharmacy's have CODEINE WITH PROMETHAZINE syrup ?
Or anything similar maybe Phenergan instead of promethazine?
For people that may be a little unsure with the English its a codeine cough syrup.
Otherwise know as "LEAN"

If so can you let me know what names they use for such product and brands etc...
Also if anyone can assist with a contact that can provide would be appreciated thanks.
