Reagents: C17H19NO3, CH2Cl2, NaOH, C5H11Br, C3H6O, H2O, C3H8O
Okay let's start synthesis,first of all put NaOH into flask like 40 grams, if you need 8 gram of product, and adding 215ml of cold water mix it, it will be needed later. And now let's extract peperine, adding 110 gram of black crushed peppers into other flask and add 220ml of CH2Cl2, now let's put us flask with black peppers and CH2Cl2 on plate the temperature 145 °C and add teflon magnet, and wait for crystals(the color is yellow), and now we need to filtrate, and we have peperine 97.7% pure peperine(in grams is 25).
Now put in other flask 25 grams of peperine and add 58ml of amyl bromide, mix it together with 12ml of acetone, now we should to wait when our mixture was crystalizated like 7 hours, and now is completely crystalizated, and that's why i said you need NaOH let's add 215ml of NaOH, and it's time for filtrate, wash crystals with isopropyl alchogol and put in bowl us maded product, wait for dry.
