Listen guys what about 4-FA?(С10Н12FNO)Am I thinking correctly about its synthesis or not?I think,should start with fluoridation phenylacetone, then reductive amination of 4-fluorophenylacetone, and finally N-alkylation of 4-fluoromethamphetamine with formaldehyde to obtain the final product.It seems to me that the starting materials there are phenylacetone (C9H10O), a fluorinating agent (for example, fluorine (F2) or fluorosulfonimide (NFSI)(this is for fluoridation of phenylacetone) I think correctly or incorrectly about it's synthesis and then there should be a reductive amination of 4-fluorophenylacetone
