Should be not illegal as long i know it is legal in china. And even if it is illegal you should be able to get out of it easy. As long you fucked up hard. Why you ask?

Yes, I ask because bmk 5449-12-7 is now listed. A pleasant alternative.

101-39-3 can be converted pretty well (theoretically) to P2P with oxone, h2so4

I want to test that, but I don't want to go over customs if it can be avoided.

Are you sure thats 5449-12-7 its listed ,my Information is different i now that only PMK ethyl glycidates are banned .

Unfortunately not, pay attention to the small print, unfortunately in German.

i speak and read perfect Deutsch, there are writing of BMK glycidate and hid CAS number but in the small letters down its also spoken from BMK Glycidic acid if its so then its real forbidden . Thats are a big problem if its maybe the chinese have a new produkt for p2p .The penalty in my country for precursors are 3-12 yeaers prison i dont no how much are in germany but be sure that will be prison .

Ok thank you sounds like a high penalty, but good if many people know it in my opinion it is very difficult to always be up to date.

A probably good method is alpha-methylcinnamaldehyde, currently legally available, widely read but not yet tested.

I got in touch with my chinese supplier. She said that they have some PMK left in their warehouse and are awaiting new BMK shipments but she suspects PMK to dry out because they don't have any upcoming PMK shipments (( ... But the chinese people are slippery snakes they will find a new way and product and advertise within 2-3 months max.
