Lophophine is inactive according to pihkal but Shulgin thought someone would prove him wrong eventually. For synthesis follow procedures from trimethoxybenzaldehyde to mescaline and replace the starting precursor with myristicin. MMDA also starts from myristicin but should follow the same path as safrole to mda. Check rhodium archives and the vespiary.
