I did some research on drug consumption in german cities and think it might be interesting for some of you to read this. For this I read serveral BKA reports and reports which were published by EMCDDA (the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction).
I asked myself in which cities and areas would drug consumtion be high and which drugs were consumed the most in which german cities / areas.
Important to note:
This isn't a complete or 100% accurate picture. Drug use patterns can change over time and can be influenced by a bunch of different factors, like local drug laws, law enforcement, economic conditions, and social trends. So, things can shift, and the data might not always reflect the most current situation.
We could assume that Larger cities tend to have higher levels of drug consumption in general. This is often attributed to factors like population density, increased availability, and greater socio-economic problems. The following cities are among the largest in Germany and are likely to experience higher rates of drug use:

I did not find much data about NPS (New Psychoactive Substances ). Its unclear how strong the demand might be.
