In realtà si tratta di una miscela di destroamfetamina e levoamfetamina in rapporto 3:1. La destroanfetamina pura è la dexedrina.
the only option is to make it yourself or buy speed and react it to tartaric acid and make the 1:3 proportion. the problem is that it wouldn’t be good because Adderall is modified release, so or you take small doses like 5mg every tot hours or you’ll get high.

2. There’s Adderall IR (immediate release) and Adderall XR (extended release).
3. You’re actually more likely to get abstinance effects from quiting amphetamine cold turkey, since amphetamine is stronger than methyphenidate (mg per mg).

It would be better if you specified that he needs certain isomer of tartaric acid to obtain certain amphetamine salt. The way you worded it out would imply that he needs D,L-tartaric acid. When no isomer is mentioned for chiral substance, it refers to the racemic mixture.
In the majority of times, the bigger the high, the deeper the comedown. For example fentanyl causes the biggest high, but also the worst withdrawal after quitting.
