Question weird 3mmc reaction

Had a very strange reaction to 3mmc recently. Done many different caths and this one was first. After snorting some I got coke like numbness in my nose, gums and throat that lasted for more than two hours. Any one have any ideas why that could happen?

Yeah idk bout that, did bunch of pre ban 3mmc mostly oraly, maybe couple times nasaly, 0 numbness
