I know a guy. He's got a license. I asked him for a list the other day and he finally got back to me. He's got some neat novel stuff. Some of it is listed, and if you want to buy it, your going to have to declare what you want to do with it ( don't say drugs, or explosives or poisons) if you need a hand explaining what you are doing with it, I'll try to help you. He's not stupid. He has to cover his ass, and collect that and has to at least have plausible deniability. If his stuff winds up somewhere it shouldn't be. There's no reason to flap your gums to these people. Only say what you need to say and don't elaborate unless prompted. Don't ask for advice.
