Itse asiassa se on sekoitus dekstroamfetamiinia : levoamfetamiinia suhteessa 3:1. Puhdas dekstroamfetamiini on deksedriini.
the only option is to make it yourself or buy speed and react it to tartaric acid and make the 1:3 proportion. the problem is that it wouldn’t be good because Adderall is modified release, so or you take small doses like 5mg every tot hours or you’ll get high.
the second way is Methylphenidate which is sold here in bb market but if you stop taking it suddenly you’ll have abstinence effects so you need to plan on how to lower it gradually

1. You should specify which isomer of tartaric acid he would need.
2. There’s Adderall IR (immediate release) and Adderall XR (extended release).
3. You’re actually more likely to get abstinance effects from quiting amphetamine cold turkey, since amphetamine is stronger than methyphenidate (mg per mg).

It would be better if you specified that he needs certain isomer of tartaric acid to obtain certain amphetamine salt. The way you worded it out would imply that he needs D,L-tartaric acid. When no isomer is mentioned for chiral substance, it refers to the racemic mixture.
In the majority of times, the bigger the high, the deeper the comedown. For example fentanyl causes the biggest high, but also the worst withdrawal after quitting.

Both Adderall IR and Adderall XR are 4 different salts (sulfate (both racemic and dextro), aspartate and saccharate).
Adderall —> “add four all”.
Adderall XR is just additionally composed of 50% immediate-release beads and 50% extended-release beads which help to regulate the release of the drug.

might have miss understood and took it as an insult, english is not my first language, not an excuse just an explanation i take it as my fault and i truly apologize. for the “.” “,” yea they were needed i was just pissed off and wrote it all without thinking or reading it again.
