Can urushibara catalysts produce mdma or meth, and which variety of catalyst if so?

No offense, but I'm not seeing where it mentions meth, secondary amine (besides someone asking my same question).

Are you sure this is the right thread? Seems like someone basically just asked the same question I did.

I guess you have to read between the lines to know what the amination product of P-2-P is
it's meth if you add methylamine and amphetamine if not

This is a reasonable question I have no certain answer to. As far as I remember it should be able but despite the preparation method being easy to find it turns out that the product isn’t good enough or it’s catalytic activity is much less than expected. I know about the lack of success from old school professors as well as from practically gifted people such as ChemPlayer. The latter also has a video on this topic. My best advice would be getting hold of a commercial sample of the catalyst and put it to test compared to the prepared catalyst.
