Question production of amphetamine with bmk (powder) and/or pmk (powder)

i have obtained both pmk (powder) and bmk (powder). i have a mediocre knowledge of chemistry. i want to produce amphetamine and wondering if any of you kind and experienced souls could "simplify" the process for a simpleton like me to understand. amphetamines for dummies 101 i suppose haha
