It's not so much " infuse" which is really a trigger word, as it is dump it in there. You could crush an ounce of cocaine, put it in some plaster of Paris, make a sculpture send it home pulverize it to smithereens, soak it in water for a bit, filter the water off. Viagra. Dry plaster powder shouldn't dissolve in water but cocaine HCl does, so that is the mechanism you are looking for. Something you can pulverize that doesn't dissolve in polar. Dissolved in water or a drink of some kind.....you could base it out. The base could be dissolved in olive oil and HCl'd out later 
this reminds me much of an electric guitar (a stratocaster) with a quarter cut off being entirely made out of pressed coco and another case that was eventually busted where someone was sending bed laundry super regularly to a person (I imagine a dedicated washing machine bought new for this very purpose and the drain be collected as aq solution for further workup as main lab equipment). Freshly filtered amphetamine sulphate I have discovered it can be used to paint on black paper much like acrylic but I guess the drawing should be laminated in plastic for the "paint" not to peel off.
