Question Can vendors really clear customs 100%?

I am going to have a deal with a vendor from outside the EU (only a few grams of a specifical chemical for the lab).
The vendor says the a responsible for customs clearance of products. Furthermore, they use perfect stealth. They say they have a 100% transportation success.

They also offer reshipment in case the customs seizes it, but that's not the point: I don't want the customs the seize anything at all. This is more important than the money.

What is the experience about this? Can they really clear the customs and have 100% transportation success?

Still need to pass customs at your country...

Even if it looks like the package is sent within the EU, customs can do spot checks on foreign packages...

There is nothing that is 100%.

a few grams is easy to hide, you should talk and agree with the sender about stealth.

Well I had a similar situation with a CN vendor offering a lovely RC. They said the exact same thing, I took the chance and paid 230$ and after 7days they provided me a Tracking number which had no activity for 14days then suddenly it was inside EU and 4-5weeks after paying I received my letter, I don't know how they did it but they had a company/person inside EU reshipping it to my country.
12-13days after receiving the TN I actually thought they scammed me because they where veeeery slow at replying also they didn't provide much information, the only kept telling me it'll show up just be patient.

When the letter went through customs it was checked and cleared with no problem.

The letter content was sealed in 5 different layers of different materials. Probably the most professional experience I ever had. At least 500+ buys from different DNMs in the last 7y years. Only one seized (0.5g coke sample) from NL i guess the reason was it was sent with priority air mail. I usually take the long shipping methods as i trust the "mass" masking rather than the faster ones. Cheers

I tried replying 5 times now, everytime i press post reply it just head me to search page, this forum seems buggy.
Annoying really as I want to share the story with you.
Anyways I was angry at the vendor for making me buy a pretty expensive sample of high quality promising 3-5days eu delivery. Time went by and suddenly I got an official mail from the police that 0.54g of 92% pure cocaine has been seized in the airport and the case against me has been dropped due to lack of evidence. At first I laughed at the fact that they measured the purity and mentioned it and then I got sad cus 92% is quite decent quality and I paid for that. But yea lessons learned take the long and slow shipping, much safer in my experience and never order from NL. Cant remember what I wrote in the other 5 attempts

So your case is dropped because of "lack of evidence"?! What the heck... what more do they need as evidence?
Consider yourself lucky, there are countries you lose your driving licence even you didn't drive for months...

Well 0.54g isn't alot and if they ask if it's mine I would say no.
I don't own the address the mail was shipped to, Soo there is multiple options. They have to proof that I bought it and yea how would they do that? If it is 1kg I guess things would look differently
Funny thing is that I've been to prison for selling coke so I really didn't understand case was dropped, if they came by the address and did a search I'm sure they'd be able to fine me for possession of many illegal substances. However I think size matters

I have absolutely no history with law enforcement concerning substances.
But I can swear to god that when the customs seize 0.54g Cocaine I will at least lose my driving licence (no joke, this is law in a EU country), get a EUR x000 fine and being observed in the future.
This is why I am asking this... I have a Chinese vendor who would sell me a few grams of a chemical substance. Not as bad a cocaine, but bad enough if getting caught.
Now can I take the risk? (I don't have a mail address which can't be linked to me).

Of course nothing is going to happen. Let's imagine I hate you. By spending a couple of bucks I send an ounce, and you get imprisoned. Would not happen. They have to dig much deeper for a real case

The correct answer is YES. If you didn't know the US government was filthy, it is. A shipping company with a ton of assets needs only to have an ally approved as a customs broker. Probably not very hard. The whole of the Chinese Government having a guy on the inside of customs? He doesn't even have to be on the inside. Don't watch the news and see basically everyone selling patents technology and everything they can get their hands on to the Chinese. The USA is for sale and the Chinese are buying all they can get
