If you want bmk ethyl glaciate, a couple of Chinese vendors have it already stateside, so no customs. They mostly don't have much else, but you can ask them. Your question is like asking " who's the fastest gun in the west?" The people who know aren't around to tell. I'm joking but I doubt anyone is jumping back on that horse as soon as they fall.
