Hi to everyone. I'm new here and I don't know if I am posting in the right place (my excuses if not).

I have a couple of Tapentadol and Bupropion tablets (don't judge me please) and the damn ones gel at the slightest contact with water. I'm very interested in Tap because it's low oral BA.

Tapentadol seems to work by snorting (miosis after a few minutes) but Bupropion does not cause anything. That somewhat dirty stimulation with some euphoria never comes. It is frustrating. The only thing I get is that my nose fills up with gel. Not to mention use IV.

I am almost sure that the culprit for this is the excipient called Macrogol (or am I wrong?), since both drugs formulations contain it. The Wellbutrin brand did not contain it and could easily be snorted or even injected.

Does anyone know how to remove or separate this compound from the tablets? Apparently the new Oxycontin formula has the same problem.
