i understood what you said, but there's a problem, the process of taking a jelly bean box and putting it in it has to be before the airport, so the package has to pass through xray.I'm talking about before the xray problem, wouldn't it attract attention during the xray transit if someone carries a package of jelly beans with them before an international trip? also, what do you say to bringing lsd in a letter from a different country? I'm open to new ideas like this on lsd.

What I meant is to prepare the gummibear bag at home and bring it all the way to your destination country.
I knew people who did that with very high risk countries and they didn't even use propper gummibear bags, they used just plastic bags.
I think a letter might work too.
