In reference to cleaning the amphetamine salts that could be contaminated by failures in the synthesizer, a good and the most used way by everyone is to dissolve the amphetamine salt in ice-cold acetone for a short period of time and filter it because many impurities will end up dissolved in acetone and amphetamine will not dissolve in acetone as long as it is very cold since its solubility in it is zero.
