does anybody follow this.
apparently if you feed psilocybine mushrooms, 5 meo dmt.
It will produce the non scheduled 4-HO-5-MeO-DMT also known as psilomethoxin.

what do you mean with "feed"? As in dissolve it and let the fungus soak it up? sorry I don't quite follow

yes . exactly. you feed the mycelium , then when the mushroom forms. it will make this compound.

Well the evidence seem scarce at the very least, I wasn't able to find to much information apart from the possibility being mentioned by Shulgin, as well as the alleged success of the church of psilomethoxin in obtaining the compound.(https://psilomethoxin.com/) A french paper from 1956 reported the total synthesis of it from orthovanillin tho(https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/5825523/)

On the other hand, 4-hydroxy-N,N-diethyltryptamine as been shown to be synthesized by shrooms when fed DET so might be possible(https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31249368/).
