Why do most sellers not give you a tracking number when you buy from them? Is there any risk when they provide a tracking number?
Does anyone know sellers who provide tracking numbers and offer international shipping?

When someone provides you with a tracking number, you know where that package was sent from.
As some vendors move locations, getting a tracking number might bee giving their current location or other information.
When I ship boxes, I let people know it will be 10 days from when I get paid and it may only be 2-3 days. Nobody can tell by looking at the box what is in it.
People have to pay more to have it land on a specific day, but that's just personal experiences I'm not a vendor here

If you want to see packages coming you can use USPS Informed Delivery. I have heard of OPSEC issues with this however
